Annual Giving Opportunities

Representing the loyalty of more than 45,000 donors every year, the Notre Dame Annual Fund draws upon a pool of alumni, parents, friends, students, faculty, and staff to provide Notre Dame with an unwavering foundation of critical financial support.

Individuals who support the Annual Fund alter the landscape of the University and have a lasting impact on the lives of the many students who walk the campus.

There are many opportunities to become involved in Notre Dame by providing annual support of its operations. In addition to supporting the Notre Dame Annual Fund, we encourage you to consider supporting the annual funds of our professional schools or athletics if those are areas of particular interest to you.

Recognition Societies

While gifts of any level are appreciated, a minimum annual gift of $1,500 makes you eligible for membership in one of our recognition societies:

Sorin Society (unrestricted support)

  • Traditional Membership ($1,500-$4,999)
  • Founder's Circle Membership ($5,000-$9,999)
  • Legacy Membership ($10,000+)

President's Circle (unrestricted support)

($25,000+)

Order of St. Thomas More (Law School)

  • Traditional Membership ($1,500-$4,999)
  • Dean's Circle Membership ($5,000+)

John Cardinal O'Hara Society (MBA)

  • Traditional Membership ($1,500-$4,999)
  • Dean's Circle Membership ($5,000+)

Director's Circle (Rockne Heritage Fund-Athletics)

  • Traditional Membership ($1,500-$4,999)
  • Irish Legends Membership ($5,000+)
